Griff was so frustrating and just straight up an asshole at times. Blair was sweet but her backstory was just so...boring. This was a super basic small town romance and while there were some cute scenes, they didn't make up for the less than interesting characters. I'll try out Bennett's book, though.

Other than the third act break up and the mmc acting like a jerk, this was a great read. I don’t know why they always have to be jerks, at least for a few pages. Why does this seem to be a requirement for romance novels? Sorry, rant over. This was a great book, would recommend, would read again.

ok this book was such a cute read with the right amount of fluff and heat! i adore blair and her independence, shine, and humor. griffin was literally so hot and i loved his possessive and protective streak he had. wish the cast was more diverse but other than that, cute and quick (literally read this book in 2 days 😭) read!
