I am REALLY enjoying this series. Well done Autumn Jones Lake! I just love Rock, Hope, Wrath, Trin, Z,....all of them! I want to know all of their stories! These books are such a nice mix of interest, excitement, sexy times, reality, and my favorite...love! Ready to buy the next one.

I loved this.
This is book 2 of a 3 book story about the same couple.
You need to read the series in order.

There are no intimate scenes other than the Hero and heroine.
Loads of other woman drama.
The heroine is a widow now, Rock, the Hero, has been self imposed celibacy for a year, once he heard the news about Hope being single again but he has waited for her to grieve before making an approach.
He has not been with anyone else in that time to prove to himself he can be faithful.
It is almost funny how he no sooner sorts one ex out than another pops up to cause trouble.

He is all about the heroine, Hope.
There is some other man drama, other show interest, the heroine is not interested.

The heroine is at times tstl but as Rock hasn't told her about some of the dangers of the club and she is from civilian life, you can see how she hasn't realised she needs the protection.

There is lots of angst in their relationship, this book and the next is about how although they love each other, they need to work out how their two worlds come together.

There is loads of banter, which can be hilarious and interaction with different characters from the club to introduce more books in the series.
Wrath and Trinity.
Z and Lily
Murphy and Heidi

Also Hope's friends but I'm not sure if we will get their stories.

HFN.

Really enjoying the way Autumn is handling the relationship between two such very different people.

I didn’t enjoy this book as much as the last one. From the title, I expected this to be about Hope toughening up. I didn’t expect her to turn into Xena the warrior princess all of a sudden, but I did think she would become less shy. At the very least I wanted her to be more sassy but I actually found her to be quite annoying throughout this book. She was constantly on the verge of tears and she’s just SUCH a prude! The constant blushing was just annoying after a while. She would become embarrassed at the smallest things!

I also wasn’t a fan of the storyline in this book, I kind of thought it was all over the place. Rather than one overarching theme or story, a bunch of little things happened throughout the book, some of which I thought weren’t necessary and could have been cut out. There were also a lot of sex scenes, but the sex is very vanilla and it just became repetitive and kind of boring after a while. I think this book and the first one could have been condensed into a single book. I don’t think Rock and Hope needed 3 books all to themselves.

Hope is finally moving on from a tragic situation...right into another. She's with a big bad biker now. However she still doesn't know what MC life is really like.

Rock is still big and mean as ever. He finally has hope but for how long? She doesn't know and understand his lifestyle. Will this relationship work?

I liked book two and little more than book one. Seemed to keep me interested. I still felt like it was missing something. A little more action for a MC club and maybe just a little less drama about the relationship.

Its official im obsessed with Rock and Hope!
We got to spend a lot more time at the club and with the other guys which was a lot of fun and made me really curious for other characters and couples!
Rock is so sweet and protective towards Hope and his brothers and its so nice to read about an MC president that respects women and family. This has little to no violence in it and no abusive treatment whatsoever!
The couple has so much chemistry and again, although they are so different I feel like they are really meant for each other, their relationship is strong and real, they talk, listen and respect each other which is nice to see!
Unfortunately I really don’t like the title or the cover but that’s just a small detail

I really enjoyed the continuation of Hope and Rock's story. I feel like I read the book very quickly. I do hate Sophie, wtf was she doing? There seems like something is brewing with that part and I am looking forward to seeing how it plays out.
