Oh, Jack, what have you gotten yourself into now? It's nice to know that Jack still manages to keep an air of mystery about him; hopefully, the team will be able to help.

An introduction story that really feels like that - the plot is very simple and incomplete. But it does have Capt. Jack and really feels like Torchwood. The setup of this particular Big Finish story is a little odd with Jack both narrating and acting in the story is unfolds. Regardless, it's Torchwood so I'm looking forward to seeing this unfold in the future stories.

John Barrowman's acting loses much of its appeal when you're not distracted by looking at him, but I enjoyed this story (or beginning of a story) quite a lot.
