This would be a cute autumn book for lower elementary aged kids.

Apparently I am a good "bat squeaker"

Ask my storytime kiddos.

Hedgehogs make a bat friend through hide and seek! And he's got a family of more bats! Huzzah!

Sweet story, fun photos, nothing particularly earthshaking.

Highly skimmable. There are much better books about autumn and about making new friends.

Beautiful pictures and a sweet story about friendship. This could also be used with an autumn theme. The kids will love finding the animals hiding on each page. A nice group read aloud.
