Is it character development if they just become more depressed? Genuinely, Alex deserves the biggest of breaks and better adults (other than Jack) in his life.

We'll go 3.5 stars. This book wasn't my favorite mission, and the beginning could be better. (The whole Triad business seems random.) BUT I'm really enjoying seeing Alex develop as a character. I really feel for him. This mission was more emotional and mentally straining compared to his others, yet Blunt refuses to apologize and see the damage it's causing Alex. 😣
