I honestly don't know how I feel about this series. It's a great concept, but the story seems scattered and down right hard to follow at times.

"She's a Rainbow" História, simples, previsível e muito divertida. 4 Estrelas.
"Great Deceiver", um conto interessante sobre o passado de Faye e o significado da amizade. 4 Estrelas.
"Bebop Special Short". O nome diz tudo, não? Não foi dos melhores. 3 Estrelas.
"Thinking bird, happy song". Tenho de admitir que nunca esperei ver um conto protagonizado pelo Ed. Pouco interesse e demasiado infantil. 2,7 Estrelas.
"Like a Rolling Stone" um conto light. Mais uma história de Spike and his girls. 4 Estrelas.

Reads like some extra episodes to the anime somewhere in the middle, not a continuation. Doesn't advance any main plot, not much in the way of digging deeper into the characters though it does elaborate on them a bit. Definitely a fun read in conjunction with seeing the anime, but not sure if it stands up by itself.

Honest to honest I liked the first volume a taaaaaaaaad bit more, but that could have been the fact that it was my first taste of the manga & I got gloriously swept away with it all!
(Isn't that the best way to experience anything?!)
Still loving the stories, they don't build the characters much which is sad, boohoo, but I'm really happy just to have the material to read! Plus they're cute, nothing EEEK OH MY GAWD, but possibly that adds to the charm?
And anything with Ed in it gets my three thumbs up & big beamy smile!!
Next volume?

Fun and stylish but no overarching plot to speak of. Was hoping for a little deeper character studies.
