FBI agent Zoe Prime views the world in numbers and patterns because of this Zoe grew up believing she was a freak and has a hard time relating to people around her, affecting her relationship with her colleagues.
Yet when a serial killer strikes across the Midwest, strangling women in remote places and seemingly at random, Zoe, for the first time, is stumped. Is there a pattern?

This is the first time in a while where I felt like the characters in this book were real, Zoe is just such a relatable character in the way she is awkward, she doesn't know how to make small talk and analyses everything around her. Someone such as myself who suffers from social anxiety I felt like I could really connect with Zoe.

A great plot, great characters, a duo-woman team, 250 pages? honestly what more could you ask for. I am looking forward to reading more in this series.
