I spent 3/4 of the book pissed off at the main characters and their friends and family, so even though this was well written I didn’t enjoy it as much as I’d have liked. I guess I couldn’t deal with this brand of angst today. This reduced my enjoyment a bit and if I’d been in a different mood today I might have rated it a 4.
