3,75 stars.
Very entertaining. Not my favorite TJR book, but still it was good.
Liked the message behind it, how you can only life in the present and face the consequences of your actions and decisions.
I loved the ending on both storylines but I feel like it could have been... more.

I guess the point is that both realities can be happening concurrently but that really stretches the boundaries of my brain function. I found myself liking one version of the story more than the other but not really loving the outcomes of either. This is not, imo, TJR’s best novel. It was cute, interesting, heart-wrenching but ultimately, just okay.

This book start out as a really good read. I found a lot of interesting patterns developing and I was immediately drawn in. It was until I hit about halfway when things came a little bit tedious. I could predict a few things happening and it was trying to linger around the same plots. I was hoping to get a bit of a surprise with a few things, but there wasn’t that much excitement in the last third of the book. The ending kept going when it should’ve probably finished much earlier and that is why I gave it under a four star rating. I would say, though that the first half the book was definitely a 4 1/2 star review but I guess my comparison to all of her other books were much different.

I liked the concept of the story, but the end got a bit long.
