Any book that includes a teen detective and a murder is a book I will pick up! I enjoyed returning to this series and enjoyed reading about the backstory of what happened that night in 1995! This book kept me hooked until the end, and I love the found family dynamic between the nine friends back in 1995 and Stevie and her friends in the present.

I really enjoyed this book, mind you I didn't realize this is a series of books however I don't think it really matters. David sucks lemons btw

Y'know I have this thing where I don't read unfinished series because I always end up getting annoyed.
To be fair, each book is a separate case, so it is better, but still.
Like most of the other books, I found the pacing to be off, but the plot still enjoyable and fun to read.
Chapters are still too long, but I thikk the writing improved.
