So I enjoyed this and I love Ms Marvel but also ??? Comics are SO confusing and for what? This entire volume is just to set up the Secret Wars event and then it just leaves a cliffhanger because you are supposed to read other comics to continue but I do not care and it doesn't even tell you which to read after LOL.

And then Ms Marvel resets back to #1 like y'all live to confuse me for no reason.

This was a touching comic book that made me realize the beauty of caring Ms. Marvel shows in various forms and how it emboldens amazing relationships that are healthy to her. This book served so much hilarious moments but it balances serious, nuanced situations. This comic book contains a marvelous Spider-Man co-op I loved. (Yes I used marvelous, lol). I found myself grinning and taking notes on how awesome this comic made me feel. Thanks for reading!

Oh Marvel and their confusing cross over shit that always leaves you slightly unsatisfied because you miss all the resolutions. Like what the fuck happened in Manhattan?

Bullet Review:

This one is a HUGELY personal story! More about Kamala finding her place, tying up loose ends and suddenly the end of the world?! WTF?!! (Must be a Marvel event...)

But I liked it! Kamala is a charming young woman and her coming of age/superhero story is equally charming.

But the two Spidey issues were WEIRD. Least it explains where Silk came from.

4 stars for Kamala's actual plot. Some really fantastic stuff going on there with her family and with Bruno. Imagine my annoyance when I discovered that the rest of the book was crossover stuff. Curse that infernal cliffhanger! I need to know what happens to Kamala!

The Spider-Man part was meh, but I'm not a huge fan of any of the crossovers. I'm much more invested in Kamala's journey than I am in her team-ups.
