  • Not all the men were evil even though this was a feminist story!!! I was glad to see some kind and respectful men. 
Dislikes: 
  • The pacing 
  • I wish they spent more time in the maze
  • Didn’t connect with the characters 
  • Hard to get into 
Overall: I prefer the Storm Siren series. Mary Weber is an interesting writer but her books tend to put me in reading slumps because they’re too slow and they bore me. I’m not sure whether I’ll continue reading her books. I really want to but I know I’ll pay for it.
