It was a very enjoyable read with lots of really fun and adorable characters - but not my favourite Jenny book. I would definitely recommend it if you're in the mood for a lovely English romance novel about new adventures, discovering new places and friendships that last a lifetime. I will be reading the rest of the series at some point, probably. I absolutely adore Jenny's writing: her characters are relatable and her humour is absolutely fantastic.

A lovely, cosy summer read filled with lots of drama and tons of mouth watering bread, buns and other deliciouss bakes. It was a great follow-up to the first book, and I can't wait to read the Christmas story at the end of this year.

This is such a lovely, heart warming book. I enjoyed every page and can’t wait to read the rest of the series! I loved the main character and the beach setting as well as all the other interesting characters involved. A great read!

It was fine…had some unexpected moments and some really dry moments. It also felt like the author didn’t spend a lot of time of key moments, but then spent a lot of time on insignificant moments. If there was a movie, I’d probably watch it.
