I thought it was pretty good, though a bit more bulk would have been nice. I don't really care about the page count but some of the themes could have been further elaborated on. For one, Bayne goes from man-whore to potential monogamist in the blink of an eye for no apparent reason. I would have liked to know what caused the change. Second, Lucas and Art have some serious history, but it's just glossed over. Why did they break up in the first place? I hardly even know what Art was beyond an illusionist. Both Lucas and Bayne has roommates who seem to display protective tendencies, but this isn't explored. And someone who kept Lucas scared for 50+ years is defeated in literally seconds. How? I was left with quite a few questions. I also thought that the sex scene felt rushed. Despite all of that it is well written and I did enjoy the story. I'd happily read the next one.

I loved it. A bit short but a quick good read. The werewolf love story was relatable to my life. Can't wait to read more by this author.
