ENG
This is the first time I liked the amnesia trope since my Wattpad era. The spice was interesting and even hot, nonetheless, there were some things that lowered my rating.
1. In the big resolution that he got the memory back, we found out that he was in love with her before - well that felt like a switch since he had been only fucking her
2. Rosa felt unnecessary to the story since her character was not developed further
3. The story definitely finished abruptly

This one was just okay for me. I liked it but something was lacking for me. I will say though, I don't really like the amnesia trope but this was pretty good. Isabella was my favorite. I loved how strong she was and how she never let anyone push her around because of her age. I liked Luca's brother a lot too. He was good comedic relief.  Luca and Isabella's relationship as whole kinda lacked a bit. The physical side was good and everything but I was hoping to see a more emotional side to them as well and I feel like that lacked. Sure Luca was like "touch and you die" all the time but there still felt like a lack of connection to me. I would have loved more communication or them doing random things?? or little moments??...just something other than sex lol. But with all that being said, it was still pretty good.

Isabella has been in love with Luca ever since he saved her when she was 6 years old. As she grew up, her love for him also grew and consumed her, but a few things stood in the way; their 12 year age gap and the fact that he got married to someone else.

Now Isa is 19 years and her grandfather, who is the don of the Cosa Nostra, arranges for Isa to marry Luca after his divorce. At first, Isa was thrilled to marry the man she loved for so long. However, she soon realizes that being the wife of Luca is not what she had dreamed it would be like. Luca is struggling with this marriage and the fact that Isa is so much younger that him. He’s having lustful thoughts about his young wife, which leaves him feeling guilty and causes him to keep her at arm’s length as much as possible. But Isa is not having any of it and would do anything to make him see her as more that his 19-year-old wife. Then, Luca gets into an accident, and once he wakes up, he remembers nothing, not even Isa.

I loved this story so much. The back and forth between Isabella and Luca was great entertainment. At the beginning, Luca couldn’t get over their age gap and was so stubborn But Isabella was determined to make him see her as more that his 19-year-old wife in her attempts at making her marriage work and having him fall in love with her. She had a lot of knowledge about the businesses the Cosa Nostra had, as well as a lot of secrets she can use as leverage, which shocked Luca. Every day, she showed Luca how mature she was with the knowledge she possesses and the way she carried herself. Without her, he wouldn't have been able to navigate with his memory loss. She was able to stand by his side and help him make sure nobody found out. Isa was the one Luca needed by his side, especially after the accident. Her dedication to helping Luca was beautiful to read. With his memories gone, Luca was able to truly show how much he wanted her without the fears or issues he had with it before.

Overall, I continue to love this series and I’m so excited for the next one.
