Es mi misión lectora consumir todo lo que Ali Hazelwood escriba (o al menos intentarlo). Me lo paso tan bien con sus libros. Son básicos, pero entretenidos. Loveeee them, y mi ranking va así:
1. Love on the Brain
2. Check & Mate
3. Love Hypothesis

This was my first Ali Hazelwood book I have read after seeing her name all over the romance section. Romance is typically not the genre I gravate towards but was gifted this book from a friend and decided to give it a try.
This front of my cover states that this is a “young adult” book which I would disagree with and would not recommend this book to the young adult age rating which is as low as 12, I personally would market this book at 18+ due to details included in some of the scenes. Other than that I have nothing bad to say about this book.
I have never played a game of chess, nor do I know anything about chess but I still fully enjoyed this book and could not recommend it enough to the right and correctly aged audience, its a cute “spicy” rom-com book about chess and I will be reading more of Ali Hazlewood books due to how much I loved this one.

A little to YA for me. The main character is also very annoying.
