picture book with a really beautiful collage format with found materials (definitely part of a j crew catalog) that is visually engaging with a simple and sweet story. a bunny and bird become friends and have to deal with separation and loneliness when the bird flies south for winter, but don't worry, happy ending.

I'm a sucker for a sweet animal friends story. I love the illustrations too, they are bold and effective.

Simply stated, yet a beautiful story of friendship lasting- even through the separation of winter. Lovely illustrations, too!
