OK I’m gonna start from the ending. which technically if you don’t want to read the rest of the books this is the only book you need to read.

It actually ties up the first bits of mystery and has a resolution and years to come montage.

Now if you’re going to read the second one just know that it brings you back and there are more secrets to be revealed.

Also definitely love Cole he is unapologetic in his methods of control and I love it.

The spice actually didn’t take up a lot of the plot and I was really OK with it because the plot was crazy. I just need to know what was gonna happen next, what was he gonna do, what was she gonna do, & who is like really the mastermind behind the issues going on.

There was some crazy reveals in this book that I had some theories on something else and then they twisted it and I was just like what. But I do think that this book is great the bullying and here was actually on point for a bully romance! I have read some bully romances where it wasn’t bullying, so why make a bully romance.

I guess we won’t know why a situation happened and they only have theories in the book of why the situation happened. So maybe in the second book it tells us the why of the situation.

The first Dare book in the series is really good. The dark/bully consept is well done and the crime/thriller aspect of it is keeping me on edge!

The cliffhenger is wild, but then the author writes an epilouge that explain everything? I dunno who her editor is, but I think she made a mistake.

I read all three books in one go as it's wrapped in one book on KU. So I'm writing this review after all three books are read.
