I enjoy this series, will continue. It was nice to see a softer side of Bunny.

A deep insight into the the younger life of Bunny McGarry to understand what motivated him to do and act the way he does. A much more human Bunny McGarry is presented in this novel and it still makes you want to find out more about him. Bunny McGarry is given so much depth as the Garda are dealing with a plague of organised crime throughout Dublin. A laugh out loud funny novel which fleshed Bunny McGarry out as a flawed and tragic soul.

This audiobook book was such a joy! The dialogue was hilarious, the characters were interesting and the story kept me engaged. Absolutely enjoy it as an audiobook book as the accents make the story even more enjoyable:
