I enjoyed the plot of this one, and again some of the way the narrator said the story made me chuckle.
Only thing I’d say with this one is some of the British and Irish accents were a bit questionable but it was still fun to listen to.

First Thought when Finished: Ghost in the Wind was another fun entry into the Haunted Guesthouse Mystery!
Overall Thoughts: Alison took the lead in this particular case and it was fun to see her kind of on her own for a bit. Paul was a little mad and Maxie is well Maxie! I thought it was fun to throw in the added layer that the case was for a ghost of a teenage idol of Alison. Come on--we would all be like pick me, pick me! The case had a few twists and turns I didn't expect. The characters we all know and love are around and some new ones I hope stick around were introduced. All in all, I had fun and I think you would too!
Audio Thoughts
Amanda is perfect for these kind of audiobooks. She has sass and can handle characters that are quirky in nature. There were many accents that she pulled off too! Another great narration by Ronconi.

I'm not entirely sure if it was the book or me or both, but I wasn't a huge fan of this installment of Haunted Guesthouse.
It starts out normal, there is a ghost he needs help, but early on, this book seemed to take a turn I didn't enjoy and that turn was Alison.
Alison came across less likable, less smart, less everything in this book, her shaky relationship with Paul, felt flat and not believable, it was as if this story, this case, should have happened earlier in the series before their little 'family,' was put in place, before Alison had helped solve 7 other cases.
I'm not saying, I hated it, and won't read future installments, I most likely will, and that boils down to two things, aside from Alison this go around, I do truly like the characters and the simply little stories as a whole. And Amanda Ronconi. She of course is once again stellar in her performance.

Trouble in the guest house! Even I was suprised how intent she was on taking the case but it's been 7 books so Paul implying she has no skill was mean. The mystery was ok but I apparently live for the drama :)
