I'm not entirely certain what I was expecting with this book, but it gave me the story of how Minnow became a metaphysical practitioner.
Some parts were quite involved - I did have to look up what metaphysics were. Basically, these are the concepts that make my brain fry normally, so not an easy ride for me. But simply put it was about Minn changing his mind!
However, I did like the split between the two time frames (2007 and 2015 so all relevant). And that the metaphysical stuff was told by the regressed subject rather than being lectured. I could get my head around the past life topics fine but where we move into the 'spirit' world, creator, existence is all a dream in Its head, then my brain tends to explode (I can't cope with the science thoughts on the ever expanding universe etc).
So, a tricky one - I liked it. It is probably a good leaping point for a series having set all the foundations but there is a big data dump. And Minn to a certain extent is not centre stage.
