Claire Marti's book has a little bit of everything - friends to lovers trope (secret crush on her brother's best friend!), humor, steamy sexy-times, and a little touch of angst on her hero's part, which is a plus for me, since I like a touch of darkness in my romances. Best part? The heroine, Alyssa - I think many readers will relate to her, because we all know how it feels to be the slightly awkward girl in lust/love with the bad boy.
