This is my first read from this author, the book was from the Quirky Blind Date group.
Can a relationship happen with underlying lies and deceit? Both Leo and Harper have had dishonest partners and now they connect but with secrets that could destroy everything. Will they break each other's trust or work their way through it? His ex sure wants to help break them up.
The story was mainly fun, some unanswered questions for me but ultimately I enjoyed it.

This is one of those books that you can read straight through to the finish and love every second of it. I love how it alternates POVs and how in depth the author takes you in the building relationship between characters. Needless to say, Leo is damn the sexiest thing in a book (and there are several like him in the fiction, but he has grabbed my attention this time). Harper's character touched home and I don't know how else to explain it other than she was real enough that she made the book worth it. It is amazing to see what lies can do to relationships and this book is full of them. Mr. Expose's blog and disgust for 'Dog Ears' in books made my day. If you are a book lover, or maybe you are a blogger, you will devour this book the way I did.

Grabbed my attention from the first page!

This is my first read from Brinda Berry and I absolutely loved it! The story grabbed my attention from the very first page. I couldn't put it down! Harper was so quirky and lovable, I just had to root for her and Leo to make their relationship work. Well written, easy fun read with a happy ever after. Dual POV.

Well I finished this book in a day, I couldn't put my tablet down. Off the batt I liked both Harley and Leo, I also enjoy the joint perspective approach to writing as it helps see both perspectives in one book. Maybe there could have been more development of secondary characters backstories but lack of didn't leave me out in the cold much. The plot was slightly predictable but with New Adult Romance books they often follow a similar plot line. Although I feel that it had ended a little abruptly, that the resolution happened too cleanly between the characters.
overall I do give this book 5 stars, I absolutely adore this genre and I'd recommend this one to any of my customers who do as well.
