I had really high hopes for this book considering Lola is one of my favorite books and one of my comfort reads, and Bad Alpha lived up to them. I liked all the characters, and we got more action in this book. I liked that we got to see a different dynamic that in most omegaverse books. I think my only issue is with the pacing. I think the book was longer than it needed to be, so it lost a little steam in the middle because of it.

Fantastic read! I do wish we had gotten to know a bit more about what made Eve into the super awesome killer hitwoman she is today, but even without that background I was fully engaged the whole way through.  I was a touch disappointed that more of the book didn't focus on Adam, him being the omega and all. I especially wish that we had gotten more of Jamie and Rory's viewpoints towards Adam, I would have loved to see how they valued him as the centring omega even without them having sexual/romantic feelings towards him.  I would have even loved for them to maybe just state that they were straight, or given some other explanation for not wanting to be with Adam.
