Fantastic read! I do wish we had gotten to know a bit more about what made Eve into the super awesome killer hitwoman she is today, but even without that background I was fully engaged the whole way through. I was a touch disappointed that more of the book didn't focus on Adam, him being the omega and all. I especially wish that we had gotten more of Jamie and Rory's viewpoints towards Adam, I would have loved to see how they valued him as the centring omega even without them having sexual/romantic feelings towards him. I would have even loved for them to maybe just state that they were straight, or given some other explanation for not wanting to be with Adam.
Graphic: Body horror, Gore, Gun violence, Hate crime, Sexual content, Violence, Blood, Trafficking, Kidnapping, and Injury/Injury detail
Minor: Physical abuse, Sexism, Sexual assault, and Sexual violence
Eve grew up rough and while it is never talked about in detail, she definitely experienced physical and sexual abuse, probably even gang rape, while growing up in some unknown care facitlity.
