Pretty fun, I like Jessica Cruz, but I kinda want to kick Aquaman. And the art is good.

This series needs some serious focus. They keep trying to tell a story about all of the members of the Justice League and it makes the story weak.

There are a lot of reasons something can be bad. It can be conceptually bad. It can be offensive or betray the story and character's central messages. And sometimes... sometimes bad writing is just bad. There's nothing conceptually wrong, though I am sooooo bored with superheroes being forced to fight other superheroes.
No, this is just flatout bad, sloppy writing. It needs stronger editing. There are potentially interesting ideas here but the bad writing ruins all of them.
What this book did with Jessica Cruz was so weird. With no previous foreshadowing that she might be interested in Barry she asks him out on a date, the date goes horribly wrong because of evil, so she quits the Justice League only to basically reappear on the last few pages to help save the day, getting basically no follow up to her earlier story just "I just like to help lol."
I don't know if I'll read anymore of this book. The first volume I thought was OK but this was flatout bad.

This wasn't smart enough to warrant the fuss it made over itself or camp enough to justify how silly it was. And to top it off, the plot was super rushed over four issues. Skip it.

While reading this I was having trouble deciding if it was more boring or stupid. I think stupid wins, but it was a real horse race.
