Agnes is my new role model. I am legit considering a WWAD plastic bracelet, though not, perhaps, in flamingo pink.
This story is snarkily funny and full of over-the-top ridiculous twists that I am 100% here for. As perfect as the ending is, I still can't help kind of wishing this were the first of a series.

SO good!! This one was set at a large, old southern mansion that Agnes is trying to refurbish. While she's trying to bake cupcakes somebody comes in and threatensher with a gun. She whacks him with a frying pan, and he falls through the wall into a basement she didn't know she had. It just gets better from there, and Jennifer always has the BEST heroes!

Hilarious! I enjoyed listening to the book on cd. The main character, Agnes is warm and just a little bit crazy. Combines good cooking, the mob, and a big time wedding. There are lots of twists and turns, but the characters are all so enjoyable.

Hilarious, zany, irreverent, and oddly heartwarming, this is one of the funniest books I have read in years. Favorites shelf.

Although her solo books are guilty pleasures, these collaborations are really uneven, and I think, not nearly as well written. Still some nice moments, though.
