Check out my full review on Bookaholics Not-So-Anonymous.

I've had the Cranberry Inn series sitting in my tablet ever since I bought all three books on Kobo during my ninety-nine-cent shopping binge late last year (that was extended into this year...so maybe I should stop calling it a "binge"?). Sadly, I haven't gotten around to reading much of anything I bought but when the opportunity to join the blog tour to showcase the new covers for the books was presented to me, I took it as a sign to get off my butt and crack open each book! And when I started the first book past midnight the other night, I just kept going, reading one after the other, and finished all three in one sitting into the wee hours of the morning. That's how good this series was and I'm now very smitten with Brody and Kacie.

This book had that perfect balance of light and heavy moments and it was a fun and absorbing read from beginning 'til the end. It falls somewhere between being the new adult (NA) and adult contemporary romance genres and I feel that the story will appeal to a wide array of romance readers, assuming, of course, that there are countless others who, like me, were clueless for a year and a half (the book was originally released in October 2013) and are only realizing the error of their ways now. With an entertaining mix of popular themes that include sports and family, this is the kind of book that you can snuggle with on a cold day or night, burrowing under the covers, and feel warm and giddy all throughout.

The romance between Brody and Kacie was really squee-worthy and I caught myself grinning at Brody's persistence and rooting the guy on. If it were possible, I would have given Kacie a good shake a few times and asked what the heck was wrong with her. There were a lot of sweet moments but there were also moments where my heart broke for both of them, because Brody was trying his best to show Kacie he was worth the risk and Kacie was so scarred and jaded from her previous relationship that she let her past cloud her judgment one time too many. The supporting cast of characters were also memorable, especially Viper, one of Brody's closest friends and his teammate, and Piper and Lucy, Kacie's precocious daughters.

Now, I'm sure those who have read my book blog are aware of how much cliffhangers frustrate the heck out of me. They're evil, I tell you! And yes, this book does end on a cliffhanger, but I already had all three books available to me because all three were among my very first purchases ever on Kobo in late October 2014. So, yes, my frustration was extremely short-lived because I did start the second book right after finishing this first one. I know I'm jumping on the bandwagon really late but I can't help but add Room for You to my list of 2015 favorites and I'm highly recommending it to all my fellow bookaholics. Five stars! ♥

Thank God for rainstorms....and puddles.

I've been in a contemporary funk lately and this cured me. Embarrassingly, it's been sitting on my Kindle for over two years. I adored Brody and the Twinkies. A perfect light read despite a few intense moments. The ending had me jumping right into the next book.

Sweet story. She's so young to be a mother of two. I'm happy for her that she found someone who'll accept her and her kids. :)

HOLY EFFING CLIFFHANGER! But in the BEST way possible. We're left wondering what will happen next with Kacie & Brody and BAM out of left field, the dreaded cliffy. But don't let that prevent you from reading this book right now. I can't even articulate how much I loved this book. But Beth Ehemann is right up there with Jill Shalvis for me. Funny, hot, sweet, tender writing. You want to move to the Cranberry Inn by the second chapter. I'm a sucker for small town romance stories and for me, this one is right up there with Jill Shalvis' Lucky Harbor series and Susan Mallery's Fool's Gold series. Run, don't walk to pick up this book. You will fall in love with Brody and his dreamy eyes and sweetheart personality. You will relate to Kacie and her fears and hesitations. You will root and cry for this couple. You will absolutely fall in love with every single character in this book. Even the ones you love to hate. Room For You is definitely in my top 5 of 2013 and in my all time favorites pile. The sequel Room For More should be an amazing ride. Can't wait for more.
