What the actual hell just happened. That ending, oh my god. The last few chapters had me losing my bloody mind. I’m immediately starting the final book, holy smokeeesssss.

Cleo and Magnus remain perfection. Oddly enough, Jonas and Lucia are growing on me, and it only took 5 freaking books. Nerissa is still a boss ass bitch (although she had me there for a minute), and Amara can still go to hell along with Gaius.

Definitely the strongest ending so far in the series, and it definitely did its job leading up to the final book. I have so many questions and I can’t wait to get the answers. It’s gonna be wild people!

Finally, I don’t know if this counts as spoilers because honestly this whole series has blended together and I can’t remember what information belongs to which book, so here’s a warning just in case.... but man that moment between Nic and Ashur????? My god damn HEART. It made me so happy and the little outburst/commentary from Felix was perfect.

This entire series so far has been full of surprises, twists and turns and the 5th installment was no different. The character's in this series are so deep and well established that you can't help but love all of them. In this book, problems arise between Magnus and Cleo when King Gaius claims to be changed person. Lucia is struggling to take her side in the raging war and discovers something that might change the future of all of Mytica. And Jonas continues his quest to help the Golden Princess and save his kingdom.
I will give this book 5/5 stars. It was amazing from beginning to end. Kept my attention all throughout and I finished it in day! I love all the characters especially Magnus and Cleo! They are just perfect for each other and the constant conflict between them makes me love them even more!
I can't wait for the 6th and last book in this series, Immortal Reign! The cover is already out and it is amazing! The Cliffhanger at the end of the 5th one is driving me crazy! Need Immortal Reign Now!
