Last year, I received an arc of [b:The Hidden Code|40712557|The Hidden Code|P.J. Of course, after finishing it, I preordered a signed hardcover from P.J.'s local Indie bookstore and I then immediately proceeded to look up the rest of her bibliography. At the time, I wasn't interested in picking up a book about mythology and Gods and forgot all about this particular book until recently, when something randomly made me think about the plot. I had started the book last year and temporarily DNFed it but didn't have it saved anywhere. All I had was a very terrible vague remembrance of the plot and couldn't remember the author to save my life. I went to Twitter to find help and didn't have much luck there, either. FINALLY I had the bright idea to check my Kindle Unlimited history and found it again. And that's how we got to this point.
