In this book Emily talks more about sex and creating a connection between you and your partner.  I read her book Come As You Are and I remember that book being eye opening and a much better read than this book.  I felt like some of the stuff was repetitive from her last book and other books that talk about sex with partners.  This book focuses a lot on all genders and types of relationships, which I appreciated her doing as it felt inclusive.  There were some parts that I felt were a little out there to me.  I was reading this book before bed and I don't know if I was just super tired or not, but this book put me to sleep so quickly.  It took me about a month to finish and that usually never happens with books.

Kickass book on sex, relationships, and gender. Emily Nagoski is so good at breaking down the science into digestible and empowering little chunks. Her books are so great. I wanna be her when I grow up. For sure gonna make my personal development book club read this and recommend it to all my friends.
I think about the gender mirage all the time now (read the book and that’ll make sense). It’s my Roman Empire.
