I found this to be a quick, pleasant read just like all of Sarah Addison Allen's other books, but with considerably less magic and not as charming of an overall atmosphere. I enjoyed following the two main characters and liked the concept of thirty-somethings trapped within their teenage identities, but felt like a lot more could have been done with this intriguing topic. There are a lot of subplots brought up in the book that Allen barely scratched the surface of and I wish she had explored further: the devoted friendship between Agatha and Georgie, barista Rachel and her theory connecting coffee combinations and emotions, and the mysterious and sinister Tucker Devlin. Overall, the book is fine, but the story could have been punched up a bit more to be truly memorable.

I really enjoyed this book. There were some plot lines that could have been further developed (which I won't divulge give them away...) but it didn't hinder the book in its entirety.

This was a quick read and a nice change of pace from the other books I've been reading lately. It is definitely a chick-lit type of book, but done well, with a nice message and with believable characters that weren't idiots (like some chick-lit characters can be).

Another fine example of why I love Allen's books: great characters that you care about, a lovely little plot, and the relationships that it revolves around. This is probably my favorite of her books because it's main theme was the meaning and the importance of true friendships between women.
