I loved this book.
It was wholesome, it was hilarious, it was sad, it was heartbreaking.
I expected the ending to be much sadder than it actually was.

we saw a vision of Darius dying in one year when he sacrifices himself for Tory and his friends, which is sad of course, but that won’t hit me until it actually happens?

I loved the bonding of the Heirs with the twins this book. It started off heartbreaking and irritating, but after 20%, it picks back up again.
It could have been 100 or so pages shorter and the pacing is so bizarre that it’s funny, but damn do these sisters know how to write intense scenes!? And I personally love this world, so additional, albeit unnecessary pages I enjoyed.

the premise for book 7 sounds so exciting. Tory and Darius able to be together for a year, Tory free of the shadows and her bond, all of them on the run? I can sense more wholesome, bonding moments and equally badass ones incoming

Questo volume è stato decisamente meno avvincente dei precedenti, sia a causa di un inizio lungo che non mi ha preso, sia per alcune idiozie compiute dai protagonisti sul finale e il fatto che esso mi sia sembrato troppo improvviso e affrettato.

Per fortuna il prossimo volume esce tra un po', quindi spero che prendendomi una pausa da questo mondo, potrò apprezzare il prossimo volume maggiormente.

This book series! Its absolutely fantastic. I don't understand why it isn't talked about more. I adore this world and it's characters. It takes you on a rollarcoaster of emotions and damn I need therapy after it! It makes you laugh, cry, yell and sometimes I wanted to throw my damn kindle out the window but I love that I got so invested in the story and relationships within it. Fav character is Lance Orion 🥵 oh my goodness! I love the heirs and their character development! Cannot wait for book 7. Everyone needs to read these books! Well done to the authors 👏👏

I had to read this one slowly only because I know the next book isn't projected to release until December (possibly sooner !! ALSO - the LAST book?! AHHH). As usual, Caroline & Susanne know how to hit their readers right in the feels, but also with laughs and great romantic moments. Words can't even begin to describe how much I have loved reading this series. I will wait with bated breath for the much-anticipated conclusion, but until then I'll prob reread ZA over & over and give their other series a go. By the stars, I can't wait!
