Phenomenal writing. I loved all the facts about plastics that were given in context to how colonial study practices have skewed results and reporting. I really enjoyed hearing more about how researchers can be more respectful of land and Land. Just incredibly well done all around and I will be highly recommending to all of my family and friends!

Excellent book. I think anyone doing any type of research would benefit from it not just environmental and Indigenous researchers.

One of the most thought provoking and contemplative books I have read with really interesting insights into the tensions between anticolonial sciences and the academy/mainstream sciences.
A different discupline than my own, but the framing and ways of looking at l/Land and obligations are broadly applicable as a starting point regardless.

Both about pollution and the way scientific research is done. Beautifully separates decolonization work from that of feminism and other advocacy research forms.

I really loved the way this talked about obligations and relations and the necessarily different ways to reconcile the two, and overall how to remain respectful to communities and how L/land relations are everywhere within science
