Re-reading these books, and this one at least held up really well over the years. Just a fun and interesting story and premise. 

These books deserve the same kind of popularity as Potters and hopefully a couple of new eyes will find them through the TV adaptation

Overall 5/5 read, really funny, especially with Percy's commentary, a little mysterious and has some interesting plots, love the Greek God plot and makes everything seem more fun, the world-building goes crazy.

Absolutely loved the book. Can’t believe it took me this long to get into the series. There were times I couldn’t put the book down.
