Absolutely loving this series, after finishing the first book. I have finished Captive in well under 24 hours. If you enjoy multiple crimes being committed in one novel. Then this series is definitely a good read.

Solid story. Decent characters. Bad guys that were truly twisted. Then right at the end Jade, the lead character does something so foolish and irresponsible that she’d get fired for it in the real world even if she got the bad guys and saved victims. That bad ending ruined a perfectly good book. I’ll still probably read the next one as I can’t believe the author will do something like that again.
