This is available only as an audiobook, AFAIK.
The first part, Ambedkar and Buddhism, narrated by Ratnadhya is excellent.
Sagar Arya is a very good narrator, and I like his other narrations. But his narration of the second part, Annihilation of Caste, was spoiled by the unnecessary inclusion of chapter and paragraph numbers in the narration. Totally distracting and uncalled for. I gave up and finished AoC in kindle.
