For some reason I thought that maybe this book could redeem the first one and hey, guess what? It didn't. Shit just got worse. Santiago is even more violent than the first book and he's still a fucking asshole. Like THIS MF WAS ABOUT TO TATTOO HER FACE AGAINST HER WILL, and I'm supposed to feel all lovey-dovey because he "couldn't bring himself to do it"? Fuck that. The sex is icky, I still can't enjoy it because it feels like she "agrees" to it just so he doesn't gets mad. (Take that "agree" VERY loosely).
This feels very 2013 wattpad (derogatory). I'm not wasting my time with the last book, I really don't care what happens with this couple.
