I immediately started reading this one right after I read the graphic novel for Legend. I have read both of the novels, but I am slightly underwhelmed with the way events and scenes were portrayed. Some of the scenes were rushed and some were left out. I really did not like how two vital events were switched around at the end of the book. It caused a lot of confusion and doubt for a certain character. With all this being said, I do look forward to reading the graphic novel of Champion after I have finished the novel.

Again, a very fun read but it just went too fast. The relationship is severely underdeveloped, making me care less about the characters than I did in the original novel.

I really find this series' graphic novels to be quite good and enjoyable. I love following the stories with the graphics because lately I haven't been able to really focus on reading full length books, but these companion graphic novels help me get into the story and making me want to read this series more and more to go more into details.
