All the Little Lies, Christian and Hayley

This is the story of Hayley and Christian and how they grew up together and reconnected.

Wow, so much happened in this book. It was well written and characters, both main and secondary, were engaging.

Great HEA for the main characters. Nice breadcrumbs on the secondary characters for future books in the series.

This is the first book I have read of SJ Sylvis, and I loved it. Can’t wait to read the next one.

Another wonderful dark bully romance with another alpha male and a strong female! I absolutely adored these two and everything they went through to end up together. This story had spice, it had drama and I can’t wait for book 2! Also- I love this writers style!!!

Sammi's writing is like you're watching a TV series that has raw, real, damaged, honest, relatable characters with stories that have a deep depth to them. You're instantly drawn in & are hanging on every word. I truly envisioned & visualized everything in this story like I was watching it.

There is more depth than just being teenagers & going to a private school. There is suspense, plot twists, laughs and so much love.

i would say this is one of the few na bully romance books that i enjoyed and that means a lot coming from me. first, for a bully romance, i actually didn’t really get much of the bullying...which i’m totally not complaining about actually lol.

hayley and christian are written well. there wasn’t a lot of cringy dialogue and i would like to thank the author for not making christian use that awful petname guys in na books tend to use *cough* baby. god, i hate that that most.

christian wasn’t also super possessive which i also really liked. one of my biggest pet peeves is when the guy keeps saying that the girl is theirs, “you’re mine” over and over and over again. it just gets annoying after a while.

“Because now that I’ve had you, I’ll never be able to keep my hands off you again. You’re mine now, Hayley. There are no take-backs like in sixth grade.”

“I’m not your property, Christian.” If I were to look at her face, I could guarantee she was rolling her eyes and scowling.

“Maybe not, but I’m yours.”

unfortunately i found the ending a bit short and rushed and i would’ve really liked to see them attending the really adorable birthday party christian planned for hayley for all the years he missed celebrating with her. but anyway i think i enjoyed this quite a bit. now...hayleychristian novella?

I am totally loving this bully romance and that it is something different from SJ. And she totally hit it outta the park!

I just loved the relationship between Christian and Hayley. Yes Christian is the bully but you could tell that there was a reason behind it, one that showed he cared in a way.
But Hayley, oh man this poor girl. She broke my heart right at the start. But the fact that she was still so strong and fierce, showed a lot about her character!

Christian also showed his character as well, and when he did I fell in love with him. Yes he had his not so great moments but to me he definitely made up for those moments.
Overall I enjoyed this book and loved seeing this come from SJ. I adore everything she writes and this has just been added to the list! If you love a good bully romance than look no further.
