While the resolution isn’t completely satisfying, the mystery is pretty great. Peter David mines familiar territory, but it was a reset from the Bruce Jones fugitive era. It plays on The Tempest, at least in some themes. Weeks is on point throughout. The Jae Lee one shot is fine, but not really a high point for David or Lee.

The cover of Wolverine and Hulk... maybe that's the most interesting factor of this whole Tempest Fugit arc. To make long story short:
Spoiler the whole story of Tempest Fugit is only a dream.

The personality of hulk in this story annoyed me the most. Sometimes the old split personality conflict between Banner & Hulk, sometimes it seems they could merge harmoniously, then at other scene, they back to old conflict. Huh?!

Too bad actually, the first fight in the sea was ok. Yeah, not a popular way to giving readers clue that this whole story was a dream.

Introducing new characters that as far as I know have not appear in other stories.

Story is way to dark, and f*cking confusing. It's like after part 2 they thought f*ck it, let's try something else. And they repeated it at part 4 + 5. And as a bonus we got a extra sad story that has nothing to do with the "kinda" story we were following. (Island story).

Extra story also has a very different drawingstyle than Island Story.

Really meh...this could've not been written and probably would have been better without it.
