vàries coses
  • love sunshine Zahra
  • superiority complex.. not for me
  • el plot de mentides m'estressa
    per sort acaba "aviat"
  • cute la versió soft d'en Rowan
  • fan del banter
  • representació del síndrome Down molt ben feta. Amb un gran personatge rodó amb importància al plot i ben desenvolupat, cosa poc comuna en molts llibres de ficció

One of the best grumpy x sunshine books I’ve read, it’s fast-paced, and I immediately fell in love with Lauren Asher’s writing.

I loved Zahra, even though she’s a bit annoying, she’s the typical sunshine-y character who’s always laughing at everything, but by halfway through I felt for her and was hoping she’d get the happy ending she deserves

Rowan is the typical grumpy billionaire he was a jerk for the majority of the book and loved seeing Zahra humble him and how he had a change of heart by the end.

I loved everything about this book except for how much it dragged on. Rowan is a commitment-phobe so despite them knowing that they’re 100% in love, they don’t “officially” get together till the end. And the third act breakup dragged on quite a bit but the rest of the book was entertaining.

I wasn’t sure I was going to like this but I ended up finishing it quicker than I normally finish audiobooks.

I can't believe it has taken me so long to review this book because I have read The Fine Print THREE TIMES (at the point of writing this)! Honestly, the Dreamland Billionaires Series has become a happy place for me: a book world I return to again and again when I need a bit of a retreat.

The Fine Print is the first in the series, and let me tell you, what a wonderful way to start!
- grumpy x sunshine Beauty and the Beast retelling
- traumatic backstories for both our FMC and MMC with lots of healing
- fairytales + Pride and Prejudice references
- groveling + grand gestures galore
- Dreamland = Disney World
- cozy winter vibes
- strong FMC, with lots of big feelings + love to share

I can't get enough. I absolutely love this book (and the whole series).
Tale as old as time. Whimsical and enchanting. Cozy, comforting, chaotic.

This book is basically about one of Walt Disney’s grandsons trying to earn his inheritance. He is a grumpy who has to be a sunshine if he wants his shares in the company. He just so happens to meet a girl who embodies the sun. Would have given it more stars if physical/sexual attraction was not as prevalent in the writing.

This book is a little corny at times, but has a good overall plot. I like that the plot is centered around something different and it's refreshing not to have a basic romance book setting.
