This book is, like, a perfect mix of my interests in WW2 and fashion history. Bonus: a love story I found compelling (if sad), with well executed miscommunication. And a good use of past and current timelines.

It’s a book you don’t want to lay down. Easy to read and the story is interesting. It has some sad and cruel (describing war themes) pages but it’s also a story of powerful women
Graphic: Death, Emotional abuse, Genocide, Physical abuse, Torture, Vomit, War, and Injury/Injury detail
The story is divided and written from the view of different women. There are some love stories. Most of the story is the resistance during wwii.bethl28's review against another edition
