Sonya Renee Taylor is an absolute goddess. If anyone hates on this book’s content, it’s because they have to resolve issues within themselves. Can’t we just let people be great?

Felt neutral about the book overall, but appreciated the choices made with the audiobook recording! The fact that some “real” elements were kept in (e.g. not cutting out re-takes, etc.) made this recording a lot more authentic and is something I’d love to hear more.

Expertly narrated by the author, this book was a delight. Funny, entertaining, thought-provoking, and reflective. The book opens up spaces for us to interrogate our own thoughts and experiences of what it means to be a person living in a body.

I highly recommend the audiobook.
