2.5 .. I love the female group Blaue Rosen; the 'gender bender' REALLY confused me at first, but I got used to it.. sort of ...
I hate Akira.. I hate him.. I don't like short boys going after tall girls, it's just not my thing. And the bipolarish switching from an adorable moe character to 'a man' wasn't very convincing. It seemed so out of character every single time. He doesn't even look like the kind of character that would be 'a man' around girls...

And at the end when he made that guy rape that girl!!! I should give this 1 star for that.. Rape is NOT the answer; who cares if she fondled up 'your girl' ? At least it wasn't a guy! That would've been a little more traumatizing.. okay Rin or Ren or whatever did participate but it wasn't as extensive as that other girl... Seriously... WHAT THE HELL?!?!misssusan's review against another edition

Ehh. I've already talked about what I like and dislike about this series, this volume's more of the same. Bambi's Akira mothering is pretty cute though. 2 stars

ahahahaha. you know once you let go of whatever feminist sensibilities or sense of objective reality you have this manga gets quite enjoyable. for example i appreciate how mayu shinjo is letting her crossdressing kink fly free! whenever akira puts on a skirt it's a sign things are about to get ~hot in here~ 8D i hope they lose their virginity with mizuki dressed full on leather-jacket clad rockstar and akira in gothic lolita. it would be thematically appropriate 。◕‿◕。 3 stars

So it turns out I can handle constant damselification or a completely improbable plot with no relation to reality but asking me to take both at once is too much. 1.5 stars

The premise was interesting. The manliest girl from an all girls' school hooks up with the girliest boy from the all boys' school. But he's too pushy and she's too weak-willed. Then there's lots of attempted rape between other characters and just ugh.
