Ugh. Boring :( I wanted to like this series so much but I just don’t. I don’t care about any of the characters & the dialogue is so monotonous to me. IMO, the author should have just stopped at book one. What can ya do

wholesome and sweet stories. the jump in time was a nice touch, so we could see how the characters’ lives played out

Just like the first book, this one did not fail me.

Again, "The Lovers" - just like in the first book- did not entertain me much, however, I loved finding out more about Kazu and her story.
I loved "Mother and Son" and "The Marries Couple", "The Best Friend" was wonderful too.
I'm so glad to have read Before the Coffee Gets Cold 1 & 2, the books are just gorgeous and I cried so much, but also felt so much joy for the characters.

Will definitely be on my reread list.
Two new favourites of mine.
