This book is very informative. It is full of extensive research, case studies and well developed. The information is inclusive and looks at it from a gaze of someone who believes in equality for minority groups e.g LGBT, woman and minor ethnicity groups.

Can be a little dull and dry in places, the middle section is lengthy. I would recommend listening to the book on audio rather than reading the book in a visual form.

Therefore it loses a mark - so 4*
