The story continues with Melba on her first case with Crockett.

Peachpit is as pleasant as ever.
I wish Cameron had more to do and we found out more about it. He seems like an interesting character but there’s not much to him so far.
Crockett takes some kind of drug I think. Apparently it helps him see the imaginary fiends? I didn’t really understand that part.
It’s creepy how Peachpit is looking over the baby.
