I liked how it picks up with America’s and Maxon’s daughter. I like how she has this attitude that no one is going to come in a change up her world. Wonder what will happen in the next book

After The One was over, I'd assumed, like mot everyone else, that this series was over. It was a happy surprise to find out that this book existed! The ending to America and Maxon's love story in The One was so sweet, and it made me so happy to see what came after the happily every after. Eadlyn is a strong character (if you thought that America was the stubborn one, think again!) and I can't for the next book to come out so I can see how her love story ends. But dang, that cliffhanger! Honestly, it's cruel to make us readers wait a year to see this one through! Ugh! The next installment in this series will be eagerly awaited!

I don’t like this one as much as the original series, but it is still a fun light hearted book!

Realistically I would give it a 4.5 but I'll go with 5. I love this series. I love getting a glimpse into the new generation.
