Excellent dialogue and fun storyline about the good guy / bad guy dichotomy. Teeny tiny font though. I would have rather had larger illustrations with more detail, and larger speech bubbles. The drawing style is very simplistic, but the character's emotions still come through.

I'm am such a fan of Stevenson's style and Nimona did not disappoint. Heart felt and action packed, I recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good fairy tale.

It took a while for me to get warmed up to this book, but once I did, I was definitely engaged.
